Benefits of Physical Fitness
My previous post was about motivating you to work on a more active lifestyle. We all know that it's generally good for us. But what are the specific benefits of being physical active?

4. It helps prevent back pain by increasing muscle strength and improving flexibility.
5. It promotes bone formation and helps prevent age-related bone loss.
6. It has been proven that regular exercise can improve your mood, reduce depression, and help manage stress.
7. Exercise makes you feel good about yourself.
